Roland Print/Cut Technology
The SOLJET SC-540EX achieves true 1440x1440 dpi resolution, allowing it to match colors and produce small, crisp text. The 54-inch, six-color inkjet can also print up to 300 sqft/hr for large production runs. It uses advanced Eco-SOL INK to print directly onto both coated and un-coated materials.

After printing, the SC-540EX streamlines the production process by automatically contour cutting graphics without having to reload or reposition them. Roland�s precision cutting technology is crucial for label production. When lamination is needed, the Roland Quadralign� four-point optical registration system automatically realigns the cutting path after reloading the media and compensates for skew and distortion.

�With my SC-540EX, I print and cut decals with photorealistic graphics and tiny text,� said Skip Grant, owner of Grant Graphics. �It can produce up to 15,000 decals in an hour.�

VersaCAMM printer/cutters make it easy to produce colorful decals, labels and just about any sign imaginable.
