The customer wanted something that no one has seen before and wanted to incorporate so manys different sign ideas. He brought me books, pics, post cards and anything else he could get his hands on. What he was looking for was and old looking sign with modern feel.
The complete sign is blasted and carved out of sign foam 3. Yes the iron "looking work too" :) The handcarved signfoam statue on top is built on a bearing system so she turns in the wind.
The "HAVANA gun turrets on each side are carved and hollowed out and are filled with bright eyes white L.E.D.S and light up beautifully at night. The shields on both sides are welded aluminum with trimcap plex faces also with white L.E.D.s
The customer was able to have everything he wanted in a sign, and we we're able to have fun building it. Another happy customer and another exciting project.
